Therapy that meets you with warmth, curiosity, and care.

Life can feel heavy sometimes — overwhelming, disconnected, or just off. Whether you're navigating a recent life transition or unpacking something long-held, therapy can be a grounding place to begin again.

I offer specialized support for individuals who are ready to explore their inner world, process pain, and move toward meaningful change.

Individual Therapy

We all carry layers of experience — some visible, some buried, some still unfolding. In individual therapy, I offer a safe, supportive space for you to explore what’s coming up in your life, without judgment. Our work might focus on anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationship struggles, or simply navigating being human.

I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and collaboration as we build insight and strategies tailored to you. Sessions are paced to fit your needs, and grounded in the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing.

Trauma-Informed Therapy & EMDR

When you've experienced trauma, it can feel like parts of you get stuck — repeating patterns, carrying pain, or going numb. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning I hold space for your nervous system, your story, and your pace. I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) into sessions as a powerful way to help process and release unprocessed trauma.

Whether your trauma is relational, developmental, or the result of specific experiences, you will be met with deep respect, care, and clinical skill. You do not have to revisit everything in order to feel relief. Together, we’ll find the path that honors your story and your strengths.

Teletherapy

Convenient, flexible, and just as relational — online therapy offers a grounded therapeutic experience from the comfort of your own space. I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients anywhere in North Carolina. Teletherapy can be especially helpful for those with busy schedules, limited access to in-person care, or a preference for a quiet, familiar environment.
